What if my manager lives far away. How will I get training?
Your manager can live anywhere, even another country! For our team, I offer product training, online resources, comprehensive VIDEO STREAMING instruction all in our private TEAM TRAINING network area with secure login features. The best way to learn is by trying the products but of course with a good manager and system set up to train you it can reduce the insecurities and troubles first associated with the business start-up. I encourage you to check around to see where you can get the best resources for your business. Who would you enter into a business partnership with? Someone who could provide great business support from anywhere when you need it, 24-7 if required. Just something to think about.

How do I decide WHO to sign up with?
It is important to decide HOW you want to run your business. Think carefully about who you would choose to be a business partner with. Afterall with great support and training your business will be off to a great start. Look for someone knowledgeable about the Norwex products and procedures; someone who can answer, clearly, your questions. Are they successful in their own business? Can they help you with yours? Even if you may not sell Norwex as a part-time or full-time job it will be important to have the help you need as you start and continue your business. Join a team of people who KNOW how to run a great business.
Do I need to carry stock/inventory?
No with the quick order processing at the Norwex Head Office this is not necessary. Some consultants choose to have stock on hand for two reasons. One, many people like to take home their product from a home party so if you have the stock you will sell it! Secondly some customers like the convenience of simply picking up what they need from you anytime!
Is Norwex pyramid selling or what??
No, Norwex is a direct sales company that sells legitimate retail products to consumers. Norwex is a legitimate multi-level marketing company like Tupperware, Discover Toys, Avon and Mary Kay.
When a company is NOT legitimate there are some tell-tail signs.
Products and pricing- is there product first of all? Is it high quality and priced fairly? Is their a customer money-back guarantee? Is there customer service available?
NO investment required? What are the sign up fees? Can you participate in the company program without making any investment other than purchasing a sales consultant kit or demonstration materials?
Are you required to carry inventory to remain active or a minimum MONTHLY purchase? Can you be a consultant without up-fornt purchasing and inventory keeping? Some people get into companies what force them to carry inventory only to have garages, basements and bedrooms full of useless products!
What about Sales Commissions? Are the commissions paid ONLY on products sold to the end user or customer? Does the payment plan avoid paying commissions and bonuses for the mere act of recruiting someone in the business -if it does then BE WARE!
What about earning misrepresentations? Does the company provide claims of income potential only with verifiable track record of the average earnings of consultants in their group? Or do they promise the world?
Finally look for good training. Does the company offer you good training and resources?
How do I receive my commissions?
Immediate profit - if a customer pays by cash or check you will have your profit immediately because you are invoiced with the 35% discount. The customer pays full retail amounts for the products but your purchase with the 35% off.
If a customer uses credit card Norwex will process the card and add your profit to your montly commission check.
If I sign up on your team how do you communicate with the team?
I offer a password-protected area on my website for team communication and training. Within that area are printable resources, PowerPoint presentations, VIDEO training lessons and much more. I try to limit emails to USEFUL and valuable information otherwise most of the information you would need can be found on my website. You can call me anytime and I encourage you to keep in touch regulary! We also do LIVE BROADCAST of all our training meetings so even if you cannot attend, because of distance, working or have small children, you will never miss a meeting. All the broadcasts are archived for your use when YOU HAVE TIME to review them.
What are my conditions as a Norwex Consultant?
First you must purchase a Consultant kit. You must agree to maintain a minimum of $250.00 in retail sales over a 6-month time period to remain active. You must follow Norwex' policies and treat the business with ethical respect. You should educate yourself about Norwex policies and products if you are going to sell to others. You are responsible to correctly submit and pay for all orders. As an independent contractor, NOT AN EMPLOYEE, you are required to keep your own tax records and documents. You cannot make false statements and you must get approval if you create media, or develop materials. PLEASE SEE THE CONSULTANT TERMS FOR THE CORRECT AND DETAILED INFORMATION.
Do I have to report to anyone?
In order to avoid back order situations it is required that you report shows and approximate sales to your Manager once a week. Your Manager then reports this to Norwex and Norwex evaluates its inventory to support sales.
What are the monthly minimum sale requirements?
There are no monthly sales requirements. If you want to be active, which allowsy ou to receive your consultant discount, them you must sell $250 in retail sales over a 6-month period of time. Because you purchase with a discount this amounts to about $163 every 6-months, or a monthly amount of about $28.
How can I sell my Norwex?
You have a great deal of freedom to decide where and how to sell the products. You can sell at Home Parties, trade shows, flea markets and conduct online sales via an ecommerce website.
